These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from MOJ Perfumes in the Sultanate of Oman.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using this website, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding contract and that you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the website.
2. Permitted Use
You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. You must not:
- Access the website through automated methods such as bots or scrapers.
- Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell or resell any part of the website without our written permission.
- Harm or interfere with the website's security, servers or connected networks.
- Post or transmit harmful, offensive or misleading content.
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of MOJ Perfumes or others.
3. Account Registration and Security
Some features require an account. When you register you agree to provide accurate and complete information, keep your password confidential, and accept responsibility for activity under your account. We may decline or close accounts where there is suspected fraud or misuse.
4. Availability
We currently sell and deliver within the Sultanate of Oman only. Product availability may vary and we may withdraw products from sale at any time.
5. Pricing and Currency
All prices are shown in Omani Riyals (OMR) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. Prices may change at any time, but a change will never affect an order you have already placed and paid for.
6. Product Information
We provide product information in Arabic and English and take care to describe our fragrances accurately. Bottle photography and screen colour may differ slightly from the physical product. If a product you receive does not match its description, contact us and we will resolve it.
7. Orders
Placing an order: Please check your details before confirming, as incorrect information may delay delivery.
Processing: Orders placed before 2 PM are processed the same working day. Orders placed after 2 PM, or on weekends and public holidays, are processed on the next working day.
Acceptance: We may decline an order, limit quantities, or cancel an order where there is a payment problem, a stock or pricing error, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.
