Where we ship
We deliver across all governorates of Oman. We do not currently ship outside Oman.
Shipping costs

Delivery time
Orders arrive within 2 to 5 working days of confirmation. Deliveries to remote areas may take slightly longer.
Order processing
- Orders placed before 2 PM are processed the same working day
- Orders placed after 2 PM are processed the next working day
- Weekend and public holiday orders are processed on the next working day
Tracking your order
Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track your package in real time and you will receive SMS updates as your delivery progresses.
Helping us deliver on time
- Provide a complete and accurate delivery address
- Include a contact phone number so the courier can reach you
- Add any special delivery instructions at checkout
- Make sure someone is available to receive the package
If delivery is unsuccessful
Our courier will attempt delivery three times. You will be notified after each failed attempt. If all attempts fail, contact us and we will reschedule your delivery.
How we package your order
Fragile bottles are packaged with protective materials. High value orders require a signature on delivery. All shipments are insured while in transit.
